Hi! Thanks for stopping by and looking around. I love layout, design and party planning! My shop, aFireflyHillCreation, allows me to combine all of these fun things in one place. Design is a part of my day-to-day life. I graduated from college in 2005 and now work at the town newspaper, where, among other things, I get to design pages and share great feature stories on design and entertaining with our readers. WHY FIREFLY HILL?
One warm summer night shortly after my husband and I moved in to our fixer-upper (take a peek inside here), he took me out to the back yard to show me all of the fireflies. How romantic, right?!! I will never forget that night. There must have been thousands of them. It was like Mother Nature's light show! I love fireflies. They turn an ordinary night into something magical just by adding their glow. I like to think that is what my designs can do for your party - just a little something to add a touch of magic!
